Arcane supports the scientific and soft skills trainings of doctoral students, technicians, researchers or teacher-researchers of its partner laboratories, by organizing and financing summer schools each year. 

The annual integration seminar brings together Arcane PhD students and is a space dedicated to training and networking.

In 2022, the seminar was held in Autrans-Méaudre en Vercors from 12 to 14 October with the participation of over 20 Arcane PhD students.
This year, particular attention was paid to public speaking and body language. The setting up of the playful exercises offered the possibility of a very free critical feedback from its participants. PhD students were also encouraged to participate in the scientific life of their community through leadership and mentoring training.
