When I was little, I wanted to be a chemist and create new drugs for diseases that were incurable at the time, like AIDS.

Today, I develop smart materials, such as membranes based on natural wood (cellulose) for biomedical applications, including drug purification.

Through my work, I want to make life happier, healthier and more sustainable.
