Molecular Chemistry in Grenoble
Arcane is offering a new training course in molecular chemistry as part of the EDCSV disciplinary training program. It is open to all doctoral students. Developed by Labex researchers, this training program is based on their work and fields of expertise. It will be taught in English by several researchers and teacher-researchers from partner laboratories within the Arcane scope, and will cover a variety of scientific topics
The training program is structured around four major themes:
Part 1 – Introduction and Chemistry Applications of Biomolecules (6h), presented by Thomas Lavergne.
Part 2 – Innovative Approaches to Discover Biologically Active Molecules from Complex Natural Mixtures (5h), presented by Marine Peuchmaur.
Part 3 – Artificial Metalloenzymes and Molecular Catalysts: Sustainable and Bio-Inspired Chemistry (6h), presented by Caroline Marchi-Delapierre and Amélie Kochem.
Part 4 – Colloidal Semiconductor Nanocrystals (Quantum Dots) – Synthesis and Applications (3h), presented by Dmitry Aldakov.
Courses will begin on March, 2026.
